Leaves may be a lot of work for those of us that have a lot of trees in our yards, but just think of how much good they do for wildlife and as nutrients for other trees and plants.
This is our beautiful Georgia State Bird, please save your leaves for them!
Just think of all the Trees in forest, the only source of fertilizer
they get is from the falling leaves and the nutrition from when
the leaves decompose!
This Southern Red Oak Tree just turned 186 years old this October. |
This beautiful Male Bluebird is enjoying a morning
of sunning while setting on one of the feeder stations.
Please add Saturday November 13th to your
calendar and remember to come join us for our
scheduled for the Public
Bluebird Trail Walk & Talk Tour!
I hope to see you soon on a walk at the Green Meadows Preserve PARK!
Green Meadows Preserve Bluebird Trail, Where Birds Come to Life!
Thanks for joining us along the Trail…..Jim B 🐦
